Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
