Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and support to geriatric patients, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning. This role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions in New Castle County, DE, with day or night shifts, limited weekend requirements, and competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans that are patient-centered.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
