Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, participating in discharge planning, and ensuring patient-centered care with available resources.

Requirements
