Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. Join our team to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in implementing care plans, participating in discharge planning, and delivering patient-centered care in New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
