About the Post Acute Unit
The Post Acute Unit at UVMHN Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing is designed to provide supportive care post-surgery or hospitalization. Our goal is to help patients regain independence and return home quickly by offering specialized treatment programs tailored to various conditions such as strokes, neurological disorders, orthopedic care, respiratory conditions, and more.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current LPN license.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
