Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending licensure.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification if required by the state of practice.
