Position Overview
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition
- Contribute to assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification
