Job Description
Pheasant Wood is actively seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by support staff.

Requirements
- Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
