Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care to patients and contributing to positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
