Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Per Diem LPN to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will provide efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
