Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
