Job Description
Join our team at Genesis Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Clayton Center. We are seeking dedicated nurses for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts to provide excellent care in a geriatric/long-term care setting. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality healthcare and positively impact patient lives.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, report conditions, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Prefer experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
