As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending state licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
