Job Description

Join the Genesis Health team at Exeter Center, a 81-bed facility in Exeter, NH. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to our patients. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to care planning and make a positive impact on patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients to collect data and monitor condition changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
