Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Field Analytics and Operations in the Oncology/Incentive Compensation field. This remote position is responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The role includes field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, data solutions, and incentive compensation management. Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Support Oncology team's field strategies and initiatives.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools.
• Analyze sub-national sales force performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate incentive compensation plans.
• Monitor incentive compensation deliverables for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data and related tools.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop meaningful insights.
• 3+ years in sales operations or Commercial IT in the pharmaceutical industry.
