Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Manager of GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. In this role, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Clinical Development process and the digital systems that support it. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and supporting digital systems that enhance operational efficiency and data quality within Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) and other R&D functions. Collaboration with stakeholders, implementation of technology solutions, and optimization of trial performance are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in technology solutions and analytics to improve trial performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to GCDO and assist in their implementation.
- Maintain and review digital systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with vendors and solution providers to enhance system knowledge and utilization.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in clinical digital systems and analytics platforms.
- Experience in clinical trials management and technology design.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Global perspective and cultural awareness.
Education & Experience
- BA/BS in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical technology.
- Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry practices.
