Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. As the Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting digital systems and technologies that enhance Global Clinical Development Operations and R&D functions. This position requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency in clinical digital systems/analytics, and experience in clinical trial operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the design, development, and delivery of digital systems to optimize operational excellence and data quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement and manage technology solutions.
- Act as an expert advisor on technology and analytics solutions for optimal trial performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to Global Clinical Development Operations.
- Maintain digital systems, collaborate with vendors, and lead cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Experience with clinical trial technologies and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based applications, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and more.
- Strong project management and clinical operations background.
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines and clinical trial management practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
A minimum of a BA/BS with 5+ years of experience in clinical technology is required.
