Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets.
- Create and maintain competitive and convenient class schedules.
- Deliver world-class member experiences through clean, safe, and engaging classes.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensure exceptional member satisfaction and community building.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness program management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about providing exceptional member experiences.
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
- Fitness certification or relevant education is a plus.
