Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational plans while nurturing and guiding the team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (salary and bonus included, may vary by location)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure adherence to company values and strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain store appearance and product quality
• Participate in recruitment and training processes
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Experience in retail management preferred
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
