Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and implementing operational plans.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000*

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
