Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves training on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. You will supervise daily store activities, ensure top-notch customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate and model organizational core values to foster teamwork.
  • Manage staffing by hiring, scheduling, and training store personnel.
  • Conduct store meetings, performance evaluations, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards, manage inventory, and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in retail management preferred.
  • Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
