Job Description
We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves training on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. You will supervise daily store activities, ensure top-notch customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and model organizational core values to foster teamwork.
- Manage staffing by hiring, scheduling, and training store personnel.
- Conduct store meetings, performance evaluations, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain store merchandising standards, manage inventory, and ensure product quality.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in retail management preferred.
- Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
