Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store management, preparing you for the responsibility of leading your own store. Your role will involve supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing, and implementing operational strategies while nurturing and developing your team.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
