Manager in Training

Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to prepare for managing your own store successfully. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to provide high-level customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to promote teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Participate in hiring and scheduling store personnel.
• Provide training opportunities for team performance improvement.
• Manage store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail management principles.
• Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
