Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for the responsibilities of running your own store. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while supporting and mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and drive performance.
• Proficient in budgeting, personnel management, and operational procedures.
• Flexible to travel to different locations as needed.
