Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to oversee all aspects of store operations, preparing you for a leadership role. You will supervise daily activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational plans while fostering team growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and uphold company values.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure resolutions.
- Oversee store signage, product quality, and inventory management.
- Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and training of store personnel.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education beneficial.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
