Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to oversee all aspects of store operations, preparing you for a leadership role. You will supervise daily activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and uphold company values.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure resolutions.
  • Oversee store signage, product quality, and inventory management.
  • Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and training of store personnel.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education beneficial.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
