Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of running a store efficiently. Your tasks will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and mentoring the team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
- Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Communicate and uphold company values to foster team collaboration and cohesion.
- Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans effectively.
- Ensure store signage adherence and product quality.
- Participate in hiring processes and conduct training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor budgets and implement loss prevention strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with managerial skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
