Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of running a store efficiently. Your tasks will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
  • Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store activities to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Communicate and uphold company values to foster team collaboration and cohesion.
  • Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans effectively.
  • Ensure store signage adherence and product quality.
  • Participate in hiring processes and conduct training and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor budgets and implement loss prevention strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with managerial skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
