Master Plumber

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team at Engineering Excellence - Berkshire. In this role, you will perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light-commercial settings under minimal supervision. You will hold a master plumbing and/or gas license as required, ensuring work is done according to codes and standards. Customer satisfaction is key, and you will also promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems including steam, water, chemicals, and fuel.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and appliances using various tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and specifications, interpreting drawings and plans as needed.
• Identify and repair leaks, direct helpers, maintain licenses, and represent the company ethically.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive plumbing experience.
• Seven years' experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Appropriate plumbing and/or gas license and EPA/safety certifications.
• Knowledge of national and local plumbing regulations, machines, tools, and mathematical proficiency.
