Responsibilities

• Understand and document resident information effectively.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and notify supervisors of any changes or concerns.
• Assist with medication management and ensure timely communication with the pharmacy.
• Participate in in-services and uphold necessary certifications.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state.
• Ability and willingness to work with the elderly.
• Proficiency in English and CPR certification.
• Background check required for employment.
