Job Description

We are looking for an Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the Pacific Northwest region. This individual will play a crucial role in establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and oncology practices, ensuring access to our innovative oncology products. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, business strategy skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans focusing on group purchasing organizations, contracting, health economics, and reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support business strategies and educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
  • Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts and lead the development of account-level plans.
  • Build and manage key business relationships with health systems and community practice oncology decision makers.
  • Attend industry meetings, conferences, and projects to stay informed and support the Market Access Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with 10+ years of industry experience in oncology-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Oncology Practice Network accounts, GPOs, and healthcare reimbursement models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
