Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices. Your responsibilities will include communicating information from Directors and District Managers, creating reports for management decision-making, resolving operational customer complaints, providing general office support, maintaining a filing system, conducting training, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Work in an office setting or remotely.
  • Regularly sit, reach, stand, and use office equipment.
  • Occasionally push, pull, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
