General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight loading and unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide training and feedback.
• Create a safe working environment and promote proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and support the company's values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
