Part-Time Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join Aldi as a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store's cleanliness. As a Stocker, you will maintain product availability, create attractive merchandise displays, and operate machinery following safety guidelines. This dynamic role requires individuals who can work both independently and within a team, communicate effectively, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure fresh merchandise availability.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and comply with handling and selling alcoholic beverages (Cashier).
• Perform general cleaning duties, follow merchandising planograms, and operate equipment safely (Stocker).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective time management and knowledge of company products and services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience advantageous.
