Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will ensure that our shelves are stocked with fresh products and merchandise displays are visually appealing. As a Cashier, you will provide exceptional customer service, operate registers efficiently, and uphold cash policies. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team setting and engage in diverse daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to direct leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards in handling documents and data.
• Stocker responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products properly, and following merchandising guidelines.
• Cashier responsibilities consist of processing customer purchases, providing outstanding service, monitoring inventory accuracy, and adhering to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
