Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean checkout areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure products are rotated for freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays.
• Operate machinery and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience beneficial.
• Understanding of relevant equipment and regulations.
