Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join our team at Aldi, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. As a Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring products are readily available, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
• Perform duties as assigned, including cashier, stocker, and store associate tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, processing purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to perform various physical tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to stock and arrange merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
