Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Part-Time Store Associates. As a Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases and providing excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure merchandise displays are well-maintained.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and fulfill both cashier and stocker responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
