Job Description
We are hiring Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join our team at ALDI, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. As a valuable member of our store, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From stocking shelves to providing excellent customer service, your contributions will make a significant impact on our store operations.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to direct leaders.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Execute stocker responsibilities such as organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and following safety procedures.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and perform both cashier and stocker duties.
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to provide prompt customer service.
• Knowledge of company products and the ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
