Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional service, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier duties, general cleaning, and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide feedback to management.
• Operate machinery, stock shelves, and rotate products effectively.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and comply with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
