Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store remains organized and clean.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will collaborate with fellow team members, maintain the security and confidentiality of store documents and data, and carry out other assigned tasks. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide assistance, and manage cash policies. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked, products are rotated, and follow safety procedures while operating machinery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
