Job Description

We are hiring a night shift, full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a PCT, you will work collaboratively with registered nurses to provide safe and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities

• Support registered nurses in delivering care in a safe and healing patient environment.
• Communicate effectively and carry out delegated tasks while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Record and report patient data, observations, and concerns.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes promptly.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, specimen collection, and basic tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and Bedside Shift Reports.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including range of motion exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two general areas of practice.
• Preferred: Minimum of two years of experience in acute or long-term care, CNA/PCT/paramedic certification, proficiency in phlebotomy.
