Personal Fitness Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club by building and developing a high-performing team. Your main focus will be to help members achieve their physical, mental, and emotional fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Develop an agile team to cater to each client's needs and follow VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create a friendly and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and service.
• Support personal trainers' growth and development through coaching and resources.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Work with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales goals by contributing to the team's efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
