Job Description
Join our team at VASA Fitness as a Personal Fitness Team Lead! As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00-$24.00, with additional monthly and milestone bonuses, resulting in a total compensation range of $50,180-$68,800 annually.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that drives accountability and exceeds fitness financial targets.
- Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients while delivering high-quality training sessions.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for both team members and clients.
- Work with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets and deliver a world-class experience for members.
