Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Role Overview
The Personal Fitness Team Lead is responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Acquire and retain personal training clients.
- Create an approachable and inclusive training environment.
- Support and coach personal trainers for client success.
- Drive client acquisition and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Certifications in fitness training are a plus.
