Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Are you passionate about fitness and leadership? VASA Fitness is looking for a Personal Training Lead to join our team and drive the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to help our members achieve their fitness goals and enjoy a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate customized programming for each client, following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients by consistently delivering value and maintaining safe training spaces.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, encouraging growth and development.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
