Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring a Plumbing Manager to oversee the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems. As a Plumbing Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating plumbing projects, supervising technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing project activities.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians and helpers.
- Inspect projects for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare budget estimates and progress reports.
- Review and implement quality control programs.
- Discuss job specifications with stakeholders and contractors.
- Manage permits, licenses, and contractual agreements.
- Develop methods to meet departmental quotas and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure technicians are trained, motivated, and operating safely.
Requirements
