Job Description
Join Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical as a Plumbing Specialist and play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, supervising plumbing technicians, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with supervisory personnel, technicians, and design professionals to resolve work procedures and job site issues.
- Schedule and manage plumbing project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Monitor compliance with building, safety, and environmental codes and regulations.
- Organize installation and maintenance activities for plumbing structures and systems.
- Interpret plans, negotiate agreements, and implement quality control programs.
- Develop and implement revised plans in response to emergencies.
- Apply for permits and licenses as required.
- Evaluate installation methods and cost-effectiveness using computer models.
- Supervise plumbing technicians and oversee job projects.
- Determine labor requirements and requisition necessary supplies.
- Review and ensure proper payment through payroll records.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Coach and motivate technicians to enhance productivity and sales skills.
- Operate company vehicles safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
