Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Cargill's protein and salt business as a Pre-Treatment Waste Water Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Dissolved Air Flotation System, managing chemical and equipment related to the DAF, conducting Rotoscreen operations, and overseeing various pump operations in pretreatment and lift stations. Additionally, you will handle the PLC system for chemicals, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure overall housekeeping.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Operating Dissolved Air Flotation System and associated equipment
  • Conducting Rotoscreen operations
  • Managing pump operations in pretreatment and lift stations

  • Troubleshooting equipment
  • Ensuring housekeeping standards

Required Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to obtain State Wastewater License
  • Experience in operating PLC systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in wastewater management
  • Mechanical competence
  • Basic computer skills
