Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care at home.
• Follow the prescribed plan of care and document care in the system.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
