As a private duty nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care tailored to individual needs in compliance with physician orders. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care based on individualized care plans.
• Continuously assess patient condition and provide timely updates to the supervisor and physician.
• Document all care activities and observations accurately and efficiently.
• Implement and update nursing care plans as needed.
• Ensure infection control measures are followed to protect both staff and patients.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and preventative measures.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience preferred.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certification (BLS).
• Compliance with Aveanna Healthcare policies and regulations.
