Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and needs, reporting any changes.
• Document all care activities and assessments promptly.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Implement nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
